Chasing Light reads the aurora, the golden hour, the Milky Way and the next storm for wherever you are, and tells you when it is actually worth going out. I built it because I was sick of guessing. The forecasts are free with your account. The planner, the AR sky, the alerts and the camera settings are Chaser Pro. It is landing on iPhone soon, and your free account carries straight into it.
Hold your phone up and see where the Milky Way core, the planets and the meteor showers will sit, hours before they get there. Plan the alignment at home, then follow it in the field.
Our own colour model reads the cloud, the horizon and the light path and scores every sunrise and sunset this week, so you know which evening to drive for.
Live lightning, storm cells tracked near you, and a Chase Score built from the ingredients that actually matter. Play the last few hours and the next few to plan the intercept.

As soon as you've made your first Chaser Pro payment. On the free trial that's when your trial ends, or you can start your paid plan early and enter straight away. The free trial is once per account. You can follow every challenge, and see who won, from day one.
Location guides for the places worth the trip. Each pack puts 50 scouted spots in one region on your map in the app, with the best light, the camera settings and how to get there. The first packs are on the way. You will be able to buy a pack on its own, and Chaser Pro will include every one.
